The Edge Cloud® Tele-Surgery System combines the dual advantages of low latency and high reliability to ensure consistent “hand-eye coordination” and patient safety during tele-surgeries. Addressing concerns such as technical reliability and surgical privacy, the system employs strategies like Multi-Network Integration, Encrypted Transmission, and Dual-Console Control to guarantee seamless remote surgical operations.
• Multi-Network Integration——5G, dedicated lines, and broadband networks are integrated using a “1+n” backup line strategy to ensure stable, uninterrupted signals.
• Encrypted Transmission——Proprietary transmission protocols and robust encryption prevent cyberattacks during remote data transfer, eliminating risks of surgery interruption and safeguarding patient safety.
• Dual-Console Control——Two consoles operate collaboratively. If the remote surgeon console fails or is unexpectedly disconnected, the local surgeon console automatically takes over the procedure.
